Abstracts / Posters Submission Information
Deadline for Abstract Submission: The deadline for abstracts is the 15th of April 2009. Method of Submission: Send as a Word document and email to victoria@rms.org.uk. Formatting:
Abstracts will be formatted by the editor before publication. Please
ensure that you include the title of your presentation, all authors
(please indicate presenting author) and affiliations. You must also
state whether you would prefer an oral or poster presentation.
Please try and keep your abstract under 300 words.
Short Talks Short talks will be granted to the authors of outstanding abstracts. If you are granted a short talk, you will be notified by the conference organisers in early May 2009. Posters The poster session will run from 18:30 on Wednesday 10th of June. Poster boards are 2 metres high and 1 metre wide (portrait style) and double sided Velcro tape will be provided. Posters can be displayed from 16:30 on Wednesday 10th of June. They must be removed at the end of the evening session. A prize will be presented for the most interesting poster.
